1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kvvik ("the Platform"), operated at kvvik.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Kvvik is a video shopping marketplace that connects customers with local shops through video consultations. Customers can browse shops, schedule video calls, and shop in real-time with shop experts. Kvvik also offers a parcel delivery service that enables customers to request pickup and drop of permitted items between locations. Kvvik facilitates the connection between customers, shops and delivery partners but is not a party to any transaction between them.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing your name and phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kvvik, including:

• One-time verification codes (OTP) for account verification and login
• Call scheduling notifications and reminders
• Service updates related to your account activity

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your activity. You can opt out of non-essential SMS communications by contacting us at info@kvvik.com.

5. Video Consultations

Video consultations on Kvvik are conducted via WhatsApp or other calling apps using the phone number you provide. By scheduling a call, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. Kvvik reserves the right to terminate access for users who engage in abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour during calls.

6. Fees & Payment

A flat service and delivery fee of ₹100 applies per order, payable only when you complete a purchase through a video consultation. Browsing through video calls is free of charge — no fee is levied if you do not purchase any item.

The ₹100 fee covers delivery within a 10 km radius from the shop or pickup point. For deliveries beyond 10 km, additional distance-based surcharges apply and will be communicated before the order is confirmed.

All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Kvvik reserves the right to revise its fee structure from time to time, with prospective effect.

7. Shop Listings

Shops listed on Kvvik are independently operated businesses. Kvvik does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by shops. Any transactions or agreements are solely between the customer and the shop.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Purchase, attempt to purchase, or solicit through video consultation any items that are illegal, prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful under applicable Indian laws
• Use the parcel delivery service to send, ship, or transport any items that are illegal, prohibited, restricted, or otherwise unlawful — including but not limited to narcotics or other controlled substances, firearms, explosives, hazardous or flammable materials, counterfeit goods, stolen property, perishable items in unsafe condition, live animals, currency, and any item whose movement is restricted by law
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

You are solely responsible for the contents of any parcel you book for delivery and for the items you purchase through the Platform. Kvvik may refuse, cancel, or report any order or parcel that it reasonably believes violates these terms or applicable law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kvvik and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kvvik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kvvik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Kvvik is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or issues between customers and shops.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@kvvik.com.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
