Kvvik is a video shopping marketplace that connects customers with local shops through video consultations. Customers can browse shops, schedule video calls, and shop in real-time with shop experts. Kvvik facilitates the connection between customers and shops but is not a party to any transaction between them.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing your name and phone number. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. SMS Communications

By creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kvvik, including:

• One-time verification codes (OTP) for account verification and login
• Call scheduling notifications and reminders
• Service updates related to your account activity

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies based on your activity. You can opt out of non-essential SMS communications by contacting us at info@kvvik.com.

5. Video Consultations

Video consultations on Kvvik are conducted via WhatsApp or other calling apps using the phone number you provide. By scheduling a call, you agree to conduct yourself respectfully. Kvvik reserves the right to terminate access for users who engage in abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behaviour during calls.

6. Shop Listings

Shops listed on Kvvik are independently operated businesses. Kvvik does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products or services offered by shops. Any transactions or agreements are solely between the customer and the shop.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
• Use automated systems to access the Platform without permission

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Kvvik and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kvvik is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kvvik shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Kvvik is not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or issues between customers and shops.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at info@kvvik.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
