• Send call scheduling notifications and video call links via SMS
• Facilitate video consultations between customers and shops via WhatsApp or other calling apps
• Improve and maintain the Platform

3. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and creating an account, you consent to receive SMS messages from Kvvik. These include:

• One-time verification codes for account verification and login
• Call request notifications and scheduling updates
• Service-related alerts

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your activity on the Platform. To opt out of non-essential messages, contact us at info@kvvik.com. Note that opting out of verification messages will prevent you from using the Platform.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Platform:

• SMS delivery: MSG91 and Twilio for sending SMS messages
• Video calls: Conducted via WhatsApp or other calling apps using your phone number
• Image hosting: Cloudinary for storing and delivering shop images
• Database: Neon (PostgreSQL) for secure data storage
• Hosting: Vercel for application hosting

These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle data. We only share the minimum information necessary for each service to function.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. Authentication tokens are securely stored in HTTP-only cookies. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
